About me
As a Designer, Artist and Ceramicist, I am passionate about creating elegantly simple, useful objects and inviting spaces. I’m curious about what makes items timeless and explores this in my work, hoping to design pieces that will be treasured for many years.
I established my studio Fleet Objects in 2010, producing my own designs and offering design services such as exhibit design, market/trend analysis and artwork creation. I have also led Design, Product Development and Merchandising teams for other companies such as Article, Tuft + Paw and 18Karat. I have a proven background, launching successful products by incorporating sales data, customer feedback and trend analysis learnings while projecting a strong vision for product collections that reinforce and elevate brand stories.
I’ve exhibited my work all over the world from NYC to Tokyo to London. I hold degrees in Industrial Design from Emily Carr University of Art + Design and in Painting from the University of Calgary.
My products have been featured in publications ranging from Elle Décor to House Beautiful to Design Milk just to name a few.
